With a paste consistency, its super flexible to work with meaning you can get your desired look simply by running it through the hair. It's suitable for all hair types, but most effective on short, choppy styles. 

Offering a natural looking finish without shine, you can really get creative with Matte Hed, layering it through the hair, teasing it in the ends or adding texture to mid-length. It's a firm favourite with men as it imparts definition and volume instantly, but is easily rinsed out, leaving no sticky residue. 

With a hold factor or 9 out of 10, it gives you all the styling control you need but ensures your style is kept in place. 

How does Fudge Matte Hed work?

Fudge's bestselling styling product packs a punch with its unique mattifying effects. Formulated with mircocrystalline wax, used for its impressive elastic and adhesive qualities, it instantly binds the hair helping you to creature textured looks.

Kaolin clay, used in lots of Fudge's styling product is a gentle clay known for its detoxifying and strengthening properties, to ensure your hair health isn't compromised, whilst bentonite clay can draw out impurities, effectively absorbing excess oils to give a matte finish. 

Lanolin wax is also used to smooth cuticle, prevent moisture loss and preserve the hair's natural condition, so you can be sure you're hair is well cared for, even when being styled. 

How to use Fudge Matte Hed

  1. Apply 1 pump to the palms of your hands
  2. Rub together
  3. Work evenly into dry hair and style as required
  4. To stop the nozzle getting blocked, ensure it's kept clean by replacing the lid to ensure the product doesn't dry out

If a hold factor of 9 isn't cutting it, try Fudge Matte Hed's bigger brother, Matte Hed Extra, offering a hold factor of 10, and a raw textured finish.

Alternatively, if a stronger hold is required, Fudge customers also love Matte Hed Gas, an aerosol matte styling spray with a hold factor of 13.
