How to use Guam Cellulite Cool Mud 

1. Generously apply the Cool Mud onto the skin
2. Wrap the area in cling film and leave for 45 mins
3. Expect a reddening effect as a result of increased circulation
4. Rinse the mud and cling film off together in the shower
5. For best results use with the Guam Protective Washable Trousers over the clingfilm
