How to use Therapie Equilibrium Bath & Shower Essence

  1. For use in the bath, add 2 capfuls into a warm bath
  2. Soak for at least 15-20 minutes to absorb the oils
  3. For use directly on the skin, apply directly onto to wet skin after showering
  4. Massage over the torso 
  5. Top tip - exfoliate before use to maximise the therapeutic benefits
